Metal Fatigue?

Now, if there are indeed only 13, given the stated expected trader base was 100, in October of 2022, that's really poor. If there are more traders and, a mere two weeks from a show the trader list has not been updated, then that is actually worse.
OK, so the otganisers will no doubt be making money from the competitions and door takings, but I ask you, are gamers going to want to pay £5 for 13 'B' & 'C' list traders and a bring and buy?
Personally, if I was attending any show that wasn't giving me value for money and a decent day out, I'd ask for a refund on the door - PERIOD.
This show, I guess, was probably intended as the bastard son of the late Triples show, and given that the organisers (although let's be clear, it's nothing to do with SWS) are the some of those who oversaw the fall of that show through poor decision making with regards to things like the placing of display games being put on by traders, 6 month turnarounds on emails and other pretty shabby organisational errors, you'd think they would have learned from the past.
Look, this venue is a large one, with three bars, but the current feel is something which should be run in a local school gym. Hell, even Chill Con, which in my humble opinion is at the low end of the scale, attracts more trade.
No Warlord, no Foundry, no Dave Thomas? A lot of local companies are also not in that trader list.
Indeed Chill Con is a week later and a few weeks later it's Salute. In the old days of Triples, you may have managed (and indeed, did) but Chill Con has come over the border and raided your calendar slot and you've frankly left it too long to try and rebuild a strong local show.
I've seen a few comments in trade forums and none of them have been enthusiastic.
Wrap it up guys...
